And to let you know that they are once again available, but in limited quantities. You may even want to grab a few boxes before continuing on this journey of a blog. Once you’ve secured the bag, read on for a refresher on the popular coconut charcoal from Fumari Tobacco!
Coconut Charcoal - Fumari Hookah Tobacco
We’ll start with the specs. Fumari Fuoco Pure Coconut Hookah Coals are 22mm mini charcoal cubes produced with all-natural coconut shell husks from Indonesia. Pretty basic, right? What if I said there’s more to the small sizing? Fumari wanted to create a denser hookah coal. The superior density charcoal allows for less maintenance throughout a hookah session. Less cracking, less ash, and a more even burn for better heat distribution across your hookah bowl. Yes, you may need an extra coal to cover larger bowls but the benefits are immense. Expect each coal to last up to 90 minutes, which means less coal in the long run. And, like all coconut charcoal for hookah, there’s no smell or unwanted taste when fully lit.
How to Use Fumari Fuoco Coconut Charcoal
New to coconut coals? Fumari Fuoco Charcoal, like all-natural charcoal, take a little more work to get going than traditional quick light coals. But, it’s so worth it in the end. You’ll need an electric coil burner like the Fumari Coal Burner, which is also available at SouthSmoke.com, to get things going. Not to worry, Fumari Fuoco Coals don’t take long. The smaller size means quicker lighting times at right around 8 minutes total. 4 minutes on each side directly on the coils. Once fully lit and glowing red when blown on, the Fumari Coconut Coals are ready to hit your bowl. We recommend 3 charcoal cubes placed evenly around the edge of your hookah bowl. If you prefer a hookah heat management device, the mini cube size comes in handy once again. You can easily place 3 Fuoco coals in most HMDs. Let the shisha tobacco in the bowl heat up for a couple of minutes before taking that first puff. Then, enjoy! Remember to flip and rotate your coals around the bowl every 20-30 minutes to keep the session going.
